How languages are used can tell us a lot about the history and relationships a culture has to the others around it. Using examples from Dragon Age, LOTR, Firefly, and other fandoms, this panel will show you how to start analyzing fictional language use, and the knowledge to create your own meaningful and significant language contact situations.
